BSNL should take MTNL

BSNL should take MTNL so that BSNL can do better job in Delhi and Mumbai .MTNL is having good market share but the mobile servises are POOR and they are very slow in comparision to BSNL.

BSNl has proved that if company wants they can really do progress .
