Improper DIAS CONNECTION

This is to inform you that there had been no connection at all for about 10 - 12 days in the month of march 2005 and i have been mailing you repeatatively, you may check my account and even my emails which i have sent u every time whenever there is no connectivity. Even on 30th I have a verbal talk to you on phone and you said that you will look forward to it and let me know and I am waiting for your reply.

And again now in the month of April from 17th sunfay till date 21st april thurday there is no dial tone as well as connection and nothing had been done yet.

It would be grateful to me if you kindly do something about it as I am using DIAS for commercial puporse and stuck to PLAN III which cost 3000 + tax. I am undergoing heavy loss because of DIAS improper service and irregular service.
