Zero Value of a mobile due to rains

My-Mobilephone.Com: Mobilephone Forum: General: Zero Value of a mobile due to rains

Hi everybody.

How was the heavy rain / flood for the past two weeks. Here in Mumbai, it was drastic. I believe everyone must have experienced the bad to worse experience. Even Mumbaikars express that they have never experienced this kind of situation ever before.

People who left home for work on 26th July morning, some did not turn up (god knows what happened to them), some reached home after 2-3 days, some reached home but wounded and some with the losses.

Well I was the one who reached home with a wound in the right leg (twisted badly as could not see or understand the drainage/pit in the dark that too with the water flooded till the waiste). Above all my handpurse fell in the water and my new brand NOKIA 6610i dead for ever it seems. Inspite of take utmost care, the brand new mobile with the camera and fm (beautiful piece) has become zero value from the purchase value of Rs. 7100/- (it is said that nokia has a return value). Not only the battery but the entire chips and function has gone for a toss due to which the value has become zero.

Ofcourse feels very sad and sorry for the loss (both) but atleast am happy that could reach safely to our beloved family...otherwise with the kind of experience, I was doubting whether really the KALYUG has come to an end.

So, friends would you like to share your personal experiences during this drastic period????

Hi Indian, Nice to c your mail.

Well, do u have Nokia Workshop's address where I can show. I had shown the piece to the shop/agency from where I purchased the piece. He has only declared that it has become "0 Value". However, my hubby had given it to some one for repairing. I hope it is done. Otherwise I don't have any option other than giving it to my child for playing. What way I can use it otherwse?
