Dear LGEIL,
While fully appreciating your plans and the growth it is deeply regretted that the same impetus is not given to after sales service and the agencies who have been appointed to render after sales service have started behaving reckless and care a hood for the credibility of LG .For example i have a LG mobile Model No 7030 and since the past 30 days i have been trying the local service provider SUN TECHNOLOGIES, PARKLANE, SECUNDERABAD.
I have failed to get any response from him and he has failed miserably even to give me a date by which he will procure the stock . He tried to sell me a used battery which i refused to buy. Though i told him that i would report his callous behavior to LG he has not bothered to mend his behavior and thou are many other ways to set right such people since i have access to the Government, Bureaucracy etc and i can take action as deemed fit i wanted to appraise the top management of the facts and then proceed if even you fail to respond.
